Established in March of 2005, TNH-Hanson, LLC is a partnership between Tryck Nyman Hayes, Inc. and Hanson Professional Services, Inc. This partnership brings together two nationally recognized multidiscipline engineering firms who have been working together providing engineering and management services to the communications industry and the Federal Government for more than 10 years. Our business entity, TNH-Hanson, LLC, continues that partnership and adds our specialized transportation engineering capabilities.
Headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, TNHHanson is fully integrated with all Tryck Nyman Hayes, Inc. operations, while having access to the full resources of Hanson Professional Services.
The more than $40 million Anchorage to Eagle River Line Change is the largest single capital project initiated by the Alaska Railroad Corp. (ARCC) in 50 years. TNH designed a 9-mile realignment of ARCC's mainline track that crosses Elmendor Air Force Base and Fort Richardson.
While conducting the Matanuska-Susitna Borough Rail Corridor Study, TNH examined several roadway and rail alternatives to determine the optimum routing for both roadway and rail access to Port MacKenzie.
